Following reports of the earthquakes that have impacted Venezuela between Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd August 2018, we here at Postcard would like to offer our condolences to those affected and to clarify what cover may be available.

Cancellation

Cover for cancellation due to a Hurricane is available under your Postcard policy as long as the event took place after the date you paid your premium.

If you need to come home early
